The Wild Pineapple will be happy to gift bag your purchases at no additional cost.  Please indicate at check-out which items you would like gift bagged.

Can an order be changed after it is submitted?

An order can be changed if it has not shipped.  Call The Wild Pineapple, 865-671-6789 to check the status of your order.

How long does it take to get an item personalized?

In-stock items that are embroidered have a production time of 7 days.  Printed invitations and announcements take 2 days after the proof is approved.  Proofs will be E-mailed for your approval within 24 hours.
